Enquiry for Notes features

1. The way outlook creates a .msg file lotus creates .eml file

eml is universally more standard then msg and eml file can be read my any mail client. be it outlook lotus or anything.

2. you see that trash folder because that is been set by your administrator, there is no overwrite with SHIFT+Delete in lotus to bypass trash and delete the file permanently, otherwise the purpose of trash is defeated.

well if you want you can schedule a periodic delete for your trash folder.

one you r familiar with lotus you are going to love it.......
